谢程亮，男，1983年07月出生，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，主要从事活性肽和食药植物功能活性成分分析鉴定及其在高血压、肥胖等慢性疾病病防治方面的应用研究。已主持各类科研项目5项，其中省市级项目3项，发表SCI论文14篇，指导学生参加全国大学生生命科学竞赛获省级三等奖3项。
目前主要研究领域：活性肽的发现与功能研究，抗紫外功能活性成分的筛选及作用机制研究，茶叶风味成分分析及品质评价研究等。
