
谢程亮,男,1983年07月出生,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事活性肽和食药植物功能活性成分分析鉴定及其在高血压、肥胖等慢性疾病病防治方面的应用研究。已主持各类科研项目5项,其中省市级项目3项,发表SCI论文14篇,指导学生参加全国大学生生命科学竞赛获省级三等奖3项。
目前主要研究领域:活性肽的发现与功能研究,抗紫外功能活性成分的筛选及作用机制研究,茶叶风味成分分析及品质评价研究等。
